Middle aged male with a painful swollen elbow undergoes olecranon bursectomy.

 

DIAGNOSIS:

 

 

SB 5232 Helen Bailey, M.D. and Yunn-Yi Chen, M.D., UCSF Medical Center (WEBCASE)

22 yr old woman with a history of ovarian PNET at 15 yrs of age, presents with a palpable mass in the right breast. MRI studies reveal two masses and an area of enhancement in the left breast. Core biopsy of the right breast showed invasive ductal carcinoma. The submitted images are from a core biopsy of the MRI-enhancing lesion in the left breast.

23 yr old male with a left shoulder soft tissue mass. The patient has a history of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, in remission since 2005.

69 yr old male with axillary and mediastinal lymphadenopathy.

 

DIAGNOSIS:

 

 

SB 5240 Thomas Colby, M.D. Mayo Clinic (TV03-246)

67 yr old male with urinary obstruction secondary to BPH. During the clinical work-up he was found to have pulmonary infiltrates/consolidation ultimately leading to a lobectomy with lymphadenectomy.
