Joelle Lambert, M.D. Kaiser Santa Clara (SCH-S07-27392)67 yr old woman with history of a myeloproliferative disorder, presented with a pigmented left neck skin lesion. Biopsy showed malignant melanoma. Patient now undergoes wide local excision and sentinel node dissection.
