81 yr old woman with history of Crohn�s colitis. Endoscopic biopsies taken from the right and left colon: "rule out Crohn�s".

SB 5142 Tom Schmidtknecht, M.D., Kaiser, Oakland (S03-3010)

31 yr old male with right lower quadrant pain, thought to be appendicitis. Patient was found to have a 9 cm hepatic mass.

32 yr old woman, G5 P5, 11 days status post C-section with delayed, profuse postpartum hemorrhage

42 yr old woman with 8.5 cm right vulvar mass.

47 yr old woman with clinical diagnosis of "intra-abdominal abscess". Segmental resection of jejunum and adjacent necrotic tissue is performed.

26 yr old woman with bilateral nodular pulmonary infiltrates.

74 yr old woman with a 2.9 cm right lower lobe tumor. Clinical work-up also revealed a thyroid nodule.

20 yr old woman with clinical history of recurrent pneumothorax. The patient now presents with a large tumor involving the right middle lobe and parietal pleura

29 yr old woman with preterm labor and gestational diabetes has a normal spontaneouns vaginal delivery. Cut-section of the placenta reveals a 6 cm tan-brown parenchymal nodule along the fetal/chorionic surface.

Middle-aged man with poor dentition, peri-apical abscess and maxillary osteomyelitis. The patient undergoes curettage of necrotic maxillary tissue.
