A 9 month old boy with flexion deformity involving the right second toe which was present as early
as two weeks after birth in an otherwise healthy child. Multiple fragments of tan-white soft tissue as
received.

A 55 year old woman presented with upper GI bleeding and CT scan showed a mass in the posterior
wall of the fundus and a circumscribed, solid 6 cm mass was received.

A 78 year old man with a 2.5 cm left scapular mass.

A 62 year old woman with a left thigh mass had multiple tan-yellow tabulated tissue fragments
ranging from 3 to 15 cm in greatest dimension removed.

A 29 year old man with a 14 cm left thigh mass and a destructive lesion of T12 underwent needle
core biopsy followed by debulking and spine reconstruction. (The slides are from the spine debulking
procedure).

a 50 year-old Asian male presents with left submandibular gland swelling without constitutional
symptoms. A solitary fragment of pink Tan to yellow soft tissue with a central fleshy soft cut surface
was received.

A 19 year old woman with a 9 month history of increasing abdominal girth and 16 pound weight loss had a muhicystic mass which extended from the pelvis to xiphoid identified by CT scan. A 24 x 17 x 5 cm collapsed multicystic tumor with two soft tan excrescences was received.
