SB 5081 Shaku Nagpal, MD O'Connor Hospital (SO-07-2106)

 

A 41 year old woman with a cystic mass in the distal tail of pancreas underwent resection and a 3.0 x 2.5 cm cyst was seen extending from the surface containing tan material.

 

SB 5082 Nafsis Shafizadeh, MD& Grace Kim, MD UCSF (S02-11432)

 

A 50-year-old man with a 12 cm pancreatic mass and multiple hypervascular hepatic lesions had a 13 cm tan-pink fleshy tumor involving the distal pancreas with extension into the colon and retroperitoneal soft tissues.

 

SB 5083 John Moretto, MD CPMC (CPP-07-1123)

 

A 64 year old hypotensive woman had a spherical 8.5 x 7.5 x 7.5 cm left adrenal mass which was yellow, red and tan solid mass with focal hemorrhage.

 

SB 5084 Dawn Dorbonne, MD SCVMC (S06-10526)

 

A 24 year old woman with laryngeal erosion had a supraglottic mass with airway compromise secondary to edema and mass effect and three irregular tan-white rubbery tissue fragments measuring 1.5 cm in aggregate were received.

An 18-year-old male with a right supraclavicular mass underwent biopsy and multiple irregularly shaped fragments of pink-tan soft tissue measuring 0.7 cm in aggregate were received.

A painless nodule in the left neck.

 

SB 5087 John Colin, M.D. El Camino Hospital (S0 7-3303)

A 58 year old woman presents with anemia and multiple bilateral pulmonary nodules on chest x-ray.

SB 5088 Tom Colby, M.D. Mayo Clinic Scottsdale

A 26 show the woman with cystic fibrosis and a diagnosis of "chronic abscess".

Oakland (OAKS 07-5495)

A 32-year-old man with liver masses underwent needle core biopsy.

SB 5090 Joe Rabban, MD UCSF (S07-3506)

A3 year old girl with a previous retroperitoneal mass presents with a right atrial mass.
