A 41-year-old man with abdominal wall abscesses and positive culture for Corynebacterium
underwent exploratory laparotomy.

A 57 year old woman with a 3cm breast mass.

A 39-year-old man with a lytic lesion of left calcaneus.

A 28 year-old pregnant woman had a 14.5 x 10 x 10 cm solid and cystic, brown/red to focally
yellow left adnexal mass containing watery bloody fluid removed at the time of C- section.

A 50-year-old man with a sigmoid colon polyp at a 0.5 x 0.3 x 0.2 cm tan-yellow tissue fragment
removed.

A 66-year-old man with prior core biopsy containing a 0.25 cm focus of 3+3 adenocarcinoma
underwent prostatectomy which required entire specimen submission.
