SB-5031 Mahendra Ranchod, MB ChB, Good Samaritan Hospital (S06-3840)


A 50-year-old male had a radical prostatectomy and the gland weighed 39g.

A 67-year-old man with history of prostatic carcinoma, Gleason grade 4/5 treated with external radiation and palladium-103 implants underwent TUR for obstruction.

A 38 old woman with leiomyomata and persistent bleeding underwent hysterectomy and a 590 g uterus containing multiple leiomyomata was received.

A 37 year old woman with a well-circumscribed 3.0 x 2.8 x 2.5 cm, tan fleshy nodule abutting the capsule of the superior pole of the right kidney.

A 38 year old woman had a left chest wall mass excised and multiple irregular fragments of hemorrhagic nodular tissue with attached rib, showing possible erosion of the bone, were received.

A 42-year-old man with nonspecific gastrointestinal symptoms had ill defined nodularity of the cecum and transverse colon by colonoscopy.

A 54 year old woman with a 900 mg parathyroid mass with a thick fibrous capsule.

A 2 year old girl with an expansile mass of the left mandible had multiple irregular tan pink focally hemorrhagic fragments measuring up to 1.6 cm in aggregate removed.
