Diagnostic Tally: Parasite-2, foreign material (therapy-related)-20.

 

 

SB 5222 Eruptive pseudoangiomatosis

Diagnostic Tally: Panniculitis-3, vascular lesion-5, Sweet’s syndrome-2.

 

 

SB 5223 Desmoplastic Spitz nevus (patient is 7 yrs old…sorry for the typo!)

Diagnostic Tally: Desmoplastic melanoma-10, neurothekeoma-2, Spitz nevus-3.

Diagnostic Tally: Polycystic kidney disease--unanimous.

multinucleated cells in hyperplastic polyp, b. minute colonic perineurioma, c. pulmonary

oxalosis secondary to Aspergillus niger infection

 

SB 5226 Subependymal giant cell astocytoma (tuberous sclerosis)

Diagnostic tally: Pilocytic astrocytoma—5, pineal gland lesion-2, subependymal giant cell

astrocytoma—20

 

 

SB 5227 Adenoid basal carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, poorly differentiated

Diagnostic Tally: Adenoid cystic carcinoma—2, adenosquamous carcinoma—5, mesonephric carcinoma—5, squamous cell carcinoma + adenoid basal carcinoma—10.

 

 

SB 5228 Undifferentiated round and spindle cell neoplasm, high grade; favor metastatic

melanoma with aberrant immunohistochemical profile

Diagnostic Tally: Post-radiation sarcoma—5, angiosarcoma—3, melanoma—5.

 

 

SB 5229 De-differentiated liposarcoma

Diagnostic Tally: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor—20, schwannoma—3.
