SB 5101 Ductal Plate Malformation Most Consistent with Congenital Hepatic Fibrosis, Liver. Diagnostic tally: Congenital hepatic fibrosis-14, autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease with cirrhosis -14, Caroli's disease-2. Follow-up: Patient has ARPKD and has had esophageal varices with hypertension-and splenomegaly. She had a combiried liver and-kidney transplant in June 2007 and is currently well.

SB 5102 Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, Mediastinal (Thymic) Type, Mediastinum. Diagnostic tally. Lymphoma-42, germ cell tumor ? Seminoma-1. Note: CD 20, CD 23, Pax 5, CD 30 positive; CD3, CD 5, CD 15, CD 21 and EBV negative

SB 5103 Microcystic Meningioma, Brain. Diagnostic tally: microcystic meningioma-16, hemangioblastoma-2, clear cell meningioma 4, chordoid meningioma -3 angiomatoid meningioma-2. Follow-up: Patient is well x three months without neurologic deficits. Note: EMA, vimentin positive; GFAP, CD 34, BCL-2, S100 all negative, NflB-1 less than 5%. SB 5104 Spindle Cell Oncocytoma, adenohypophysis. Diagnostic tally: Olfactory neuroblastoma-unanimous. Note: S-100 positive, GFAP negative. Consultant. Dr. Rkardo Lloyd, Mayo Clinic. Reference. AJSP 26(8): 1048-55,2002.

SB 5105 Sclerosing Hemangioma, Left Lung. Diagnostic tally: Sclerosing hemangioma-Unanimous. Follow-up. The patient is currently well without additional therapy. Note: Pan keratin, EMA and TTF-1 are positive. Scattered positivity is noted for CD 31. Factor VIII

antigen, CD 34, S-100 and CD la. are all negative. Consultant: Stanford University medical

SB 5106 Features Consistent with Xanthogranuloma, Skin of Left Glabella. Diagnostic tally: Fibrohistiocytic proliferation ?Malignant - 3, dendritic follicular cell tumor-6, rymphoma-6, malignant melanoma-l,PEComa- 3. Follow-up: The patient is well at four months. Note: Factor Xin A positive, HMK and Melan A negative.

 

SB 5107 Vernix Caseosa Peritonitis. Diagnostic Tally: ruptured teratoma/dermoid cyst -Unanimous. Follow-up: The patient is currently well. Note: The patient had had a Cesarean section.

SB 5108 Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans, Breast. Diagnostic tally: DFSP-Unanimous. Follow-up: The patient is well following wide resection. Note: CD 34 and vimentin positive; keratin, HMWK, p 63, S 100 all negative.

SB 5109 Infiltrating Glomangiopericytoma (Infiltrating Glomus Tumor), Right Cheek Mass. Diagnostic tatty: Malignant glomus tumor-6, glomangiopericytoma-3, gtoffiangtoma-4. Follow-up: The patient SS only had third recurrence. Note: Type 4 collagen and SMM positive; epithelial markers, S 100 and HMB 45 all negative. SB 5110 Malakoplakia, Left Testis. Diagnostic tally: Malakoplakia- Unanimous. Follow-up the patient is currently well. Note: CD 68, Von Kossa stain and PAS-D all positive. References: 1.
