8 month old girl with upper left chest wall soft tissue mass.

37 yr old male with soft tissue mass on back.

SB 5263 Keith Duncan, M.D. Mills-Peninsula Hospital (PS08-2087)

33 yr old male presents with constipation and 60 lb weight loss. CT scan reveals a large renal mass with regional adenopathy. Radical nephrectomy is performed revealing an 18 x 12 x 11.5 cm mass with involvement of the vena cava.

55 yr old female with splenomegaly (1,800 g).

SB 5268 Jason Karamchandani, M.D. and Hannes Vogel, M.D. Stanford Medical Center (SHS-08-32109)

38 yr woman presented with headache, altered mental status and vomiting. CT scan revealed a large deep intraparenchymal hemorrhage. The patient subsequently underwent surgery for evacuation of the hemotoma.
